Maintenance Agreement

Heater, Air Conditioning, Water Heater

• We will come out once a year on each system covered.
• Inspections will be made during normal working hours.
• Priority service over non-agreement customers.
• 10% - 25% discount on repairs.
• If more than one unit is covered, we'll take $5.00 off the additional agreement price.

During the inspection the following work will be performed:

Heating Inspections
Check Gas Pressure - Clean Burners - Check Heat Exchange - Adjust Pilot - Check for Gas Leaks - Check High Limit - Check Pilot Safety - Check Thermostat - Check Damper - Check Blower Assembly - Check Gas Valve - Check Bearings - Check Electrical Connections - Oil Motors

Air Conditioning Inspections
Clean Drain - Tighten Electrical Connections - Clean Filters - Oil Motors - Check Freon Leaks - Check Temperatures - Check Operation
