Heat pumps operate as an alternative to fuel burning heating methods, offering you an energy-efficient option to warm your home during the winter months. Most winters in New Jersey are not quite harsh enough to require a secondary fuel source, like a furnace heater, however, both could work together to warm your home during the coldest days of the year. By using a heat pump you cut down on your carbon footprint and your energy bill. During the summer months, the heat pump cycles the heat out of your home, as opposed to pushing it through your home, to allow your home to cool down and stay comfortable.

The benefit to a two-stage heat pump is financial first, and environmental second. A two-stage heat pump consumes less energy because it does not work at maximum capacity at all times of day. Using less energy also translates to costing you less money by lowering your heating costs.

A Package System or Rooftop Unit is a heating and cooling self-contained unit that is installed on a rooftop, either in a residential or commercial application. It is much smaller than many interior heating and cooling units that may take up an entire corner of your basement or garage.

Dry air can cause respiratory problems and increased allergy symptoms for many people, especially in the winter. Dry air in your home may also draw moisture out of porous materials like wood, including furniture, woodwork, wood floors, pianos and other musical instruments. Doing so can actually make your home feel cooler, making you want to raise the settings on your thermostat to keep the comfort level in your home. A whole-house humidifier, which is permanently installed with your central heating and cooling systems helps to alleviate the issues associated with dry air, keeping your home energy-efficient and your family healthy.

Air Cleaners work efficiently to capture up to 99% of airborne particles in homes with forced air. This helps keep the air you breathe clean, as opposed to fraught with pollution and bacteria that can keep your family ill for the entire cold and flu season and beyond.

UV lights change the molecules in an air borne virus. Prevents germs, mold, mildew, and bacterial infections through the process of ultra violet sterilization. This process keeps the air you breathe as clean as the home you keep, if not cleaner.

It is the process of filtering the air that passes through the heating and/or air conditioning system. This process helps to clean the air, making it healthier to breathe. It is similar to water filtration, except not quite as tangible.

Benefits include cleaner indoor air, less allergens, less dirt and mold allowing you to breathe cleaner air. Overall, the process makes your air healthier to breathe and keeps your entire household healthier in the process.
